Our interventional pain center provides a variety of minimally invasive pain treatments for long lasting and permanent pain relief even in tough to treat pain conditions. Our pain treatment success rates are at 100% pain relief in about 90% or more of the patients treated at our pain center over the last 2 decades. These outcomes are unmatched elsewhere and hence our pain center is World’s No.1 in minimally invasive pain treatments considering we do not use any narcotics or addictive drugs in our treatments. We are NOT a pain management center but a pain treatment center. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
Welcome to the World's No. 1, Minimally Invasive Interventional Pain Center. Say NO to Narcotics and Addictive Drugs
Our Patented World's First Minimally Invasive Nanosecond Laser For Long Term and Permanent Pain Relief
LILA® laser treatments are NOT approved by the FDA meaning that the safety and effectiveness documented by this device use has not been accepted by the FDA even after the device’s safety and effectiveness has been demonstrated in IRB approved clinical trial in patients, by real time video evidence and by real time evidence of safety and effectiveness in animals. The LILA® laser device remains ‘not FDA’ approved even after statistically exceeding the safety and effectiveness evidence provided by similar FDA approved devices in their pre-approval stage (or submissions). In fact no such comparable evidence is present even as of 2022 with any of the FDA approved drugs or devices used in the mitigation of pain. Experts have demonstrated that the LILA® laser selectively eliminates chronic pain nerve fibers also known as C-fibers or unmyelinated axons under electron microcopy examination while preserving the integrity of normal non chronic pain nerves and non neural elements such as micro-blood vessels. This type of selective ablation has NOT been demonstrated by any other device or drug including those that are FDA approved. LILA® laser has NOT shown to have any adverse effects or side effects in any and all evidence submitted to the FDA. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
IRB approved Clinical trials for LILA® device concluded as of 4/18/2013 and the study results along with documentation has been submitted in FULL to the FDA. No new clinical studies or trials are being conducted for the LILA® device anywhere. Due to FDA restrictions, LILA® laser treatments are available only under the use of its inventor Dr. Srinivasan in his own practice and only at Advanced Interventional Pain Centers pursuant to federal law 21CFR 807.65(d). LILA® treatments are NOT payable through Medicare and commercial insurances. The CPT procedure code is 64999 (unlisted procedure, nervous system). Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Dissolve Chronic Disk Herniations Without Open Surgery
Our proprietary injection treatments with approved drug combinations and needle placements can resolve disk herniations even as large as 14mm. Our pain center has consistently demonstrated long term pain relief in patients having chronic disk herniations after using our proprietary injection treatments thus eliminating the need for open surgery. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
Official reading by radiology experts conclusively demonstrated that a previously seen large disc herniation (before the treatment at Advanced Interventional Pain Center) is no longer seen (after the treatment). Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
Eliminate Orthopedic Spine Surgery for Chronic Disk Herniations
Based on our experience in treating over 1000 patients with radiculopathy and radiating pain in the arms or legs (symptoms associated with spinal disk herniation) Advanced Interventional Pain Center can emphatically state that orthopedic spine surgery for spinal disk related pain such as but not limited to laminectomy, disk replacements and spinal fixation rods or plates is NOT required when the surgery is deemed elective and not urgent. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
Based on evidence, large disk herniations start to regress by a few millimeters (mm) within 10 days of receiving our proprietary treatments. In this example below, a large disc herniation was found to be compressing on the lower part of the spinal cord called cauda equina causing severe pain symptoms in the patient (Left Image, red arrow). Within 10 days of a SINGLE treatment, the large disc herniation had regressed releasing the free floating fibers of the cauda equina (Right Image, red arrow). The patient not only got immediate pain relief but also effectively avoided surgical treatments, such as open laminectomy and the adverse events that may follow such surgical treatments. Additionally, multiple treatments and repeat injections are NOT required for this specific disc herniation, as the herniation will continue to regress without repeat treatments
By August 2024, MRI of the above patient showed complete resolution (dissolution) of the disk herniation with official radiology reading saying, “the previously visualized disk protrusion (herniation) is no longer visualized.”
Failed Back Surgery Responds to Pain Interventions
Even after all surgical options including spinal cord stimulator options have been exhausted, Advanced Interventional Pain Center (AIPC) can still provide long term pain relief without the use of narcotic or similar addictive medications. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
Treating Pain after Failed Spinal Cord Stimulators
In many instances spinal cord stimulators or SCS are being placed when surgical treatments fail to make satisfactory improvement in pain symptoms. Unfortunately these devices like many other FDA approved devices besides causing more harm are found to be ineffective in providing the desired pain relief beyond 6 months and almost all of them fail before the 2 year period. Advanced Interventional Pain Center (AIPC) has successfully treated pain with conventional pain interventions in patients who failed to improve after SCS placements. Our pain center strongly advises against the indiscriminate placement of spinal cord stimulators. Combined with chronic disk herniation surgery, SCS placements have placed a huge burden on US healthcare while not improving the quality of life (QOL) in the long term. Pain Treatment Success Rates
The pain success rate also known as pain treatment success rate and pain relief success rate for any pain treatment is defined as the number of patients successfully getting rid of at least 50% of their initial pain symptoms after a specific pain treatment whether it be surgical, injection or other minimally invasive treatments such as laser treatments. An accepted rate is 50% of patients treated get at least 50% of their initial pain symptoms relieved. The latter is the gold standard of many clinical trials testing the effectiveness of numerous pain treatments. We are proud to note that at Advanced Interventional Pain Center, our success rate after treating 3000 individual patients without using any narcotics or addictive medications, is over 90% of patients getting 100% or complete pain relief with only 10% of the patients getting less than 100% or incomplete pain relief. Our pain treatments provide long lasting pain relief in a variety of conditions and permanent pain relief in certain tough to treat pain conditions for which there is no known cure nationally or internationally. Auto Injury Specialists
Advanced Interventional Pain Center along with Prime Interventional Pain Consultants provide a variety of pain interventions to patients injured in automobile accidents that suffer from pain especially from pain related to disk herniations. Disk herniations are quite common after MVA impact along with spinal facet injury. These cause long term effects including disabling pain symptoms and reduction of function in those were relatively healthy and pain free before the auto injury. A number of these patients are quite dreary of surgical treatments for disk herniations where there is no emergency to operate. At Advanced Interventional Pain Center, we provide compassionate and comprehensive care of auto injury patients who continue to have pain after exhaustion of conservative care modalities. In addition to getting rid of disk related pain using our proprietary injection techniques, resistant whole body pain that results from contusion (MVA impact) injury to spinal facets and non spinal areas can be effectively treated with our pain interventions without adverse effects or side effects and without the use of addictive medications. Note that individual results will vary. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
Eliminate Orthopedic Joint Replacement Surgery For Chronic Degenerative Arthritis
Joint replacement surgery is being done frequently for chronic pain and chronic degenerative arthritis in the elderly. However joint replacements have not been helpful in providing long term pain relief and or improvement in function despite thousands of these surgical treatments done each year on a regular basis in the US and elsewhere. Pain relief and improvement in function following joint replacement surgeries in patients suffering from chronic joint pain have not been satisfactory. Despite the highly invasive surgical procedure and extended physical rehabilitation programs associated with them, most patients are unable to get any pain relief immediately after. Even if immediate pain relief has resulted after a joint replacement, any improvements have not been sustained beyond the 2 year time period. Considering these facts, chronic joint replacement surgeries should be avoided when they are considered elective and there is no emergency to operate. At Advanced Interventional Pain Center, long term pain relief and functional improvement have consistently resulted with our injection treatments even in patients who have failed joint replacements. Note that individual results will vary. Call 727-474-6507 to make appointments. Our e-mail: referrals@inter-pain.com
